Yes. Unless clearly noted otherwise, everything we sell is brand new and factory sealed.
Sometimes, but not always — since we sell overstock and liquidation inventory rather than retail-new stock, manufacturer warranties don't always carry over. When one does apply, we'll tell you upfront before you buy. Either way, every mattress is brand new and factory sealed, so you're getting full retail quality without the retail price.
Our mattresses stay factory sealed to keep them clean and protected, so we don't unbox them for in-person testing. What we will do is give you honest photos, specs, and details on the exact mattress before you commit — and you can see the sealed box yourself at pickup or delivery.
Yes, throughout the Charlotte area. Local pickup is also available if you'd rather save on delivery.
